New Trading Symbol will be in effect April 4
Calgary, Alberta — March 31, 2023 — Silk Road Energy Inc. (TSXV: REC) reports that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the company’s name change from Silk Road Energy Inc. to Record Resources Inc. No further actions are required to be taken by shareholders to effect the change of name.
The company will also change its trading symbol from “SLK” to “REC” on the TSXV. The effective date on which the company will begin trading under the new name and symbol is April 4, 2023. The CUSIP number is 756250106.
“The name change reflects a new business strategy of pursuing opportunities across the natural resource spectrum,” said Michael Judson, Chairman and CEO.
